The JadeAudio JF11 pays tribute to this classic by also adopting the U-shaped acoustic pipe design and optimizing it for the JF11’s specific design: The pipe’s diameter, length, and angle were chosen to increase the viscosity of air flow within the tube resulting in enhanced sound damping – which in turn lowers the cavity resonance frequency, and thus further improving bass extension.
