FiiO S15 Music Streamer

The FIIO S15 is a desktop high-res audio streamer with a standard width of 430mm, which allows it to seamlessly integrate with other equipment in the living room to create a unified audio system, and work as an omnipotent HiFi audio source in the audio system. With its uncompromised high performance and numerous methods to help you easily control your music, it redefines what a media streamer can do.

Flagship configuration
The S15 utilises the highly acclaimed AKM flagship DAC combo - AK4191+AK4499EX. This combo is based on a new design that fully separates the digital and analogue portions and also incorporates ‘DWA ROUTING Technology’. The audible result is a cleaner background and improved resolution to deliver a natural, relaxed, and totally unstrained sound.

The S15 utilises two industry-leading ACCUSILICON AS318-B series ultra-low phase noise femtosecond oscillators (45.1584MHz, 49.1520MHz), which have been fully screened. These effectively reduce the impact of phase noise on audio signals, resulting in high levels of decoding fidelity and digital output precision. When paired with high-performance external decoders and amplifiers, the S15 can provide reference-grade sound.

In addition, the S15 integrates three flagship systems: Qualcomm Snapdragon 660, Qualcomm Bluetooth chip QCC5125, and XMOS 16-core XU316. This flagship configuration has undergone years of refinement and optimisation across multiple flagship products, resulting in a wealth of technical expertise and proven stability. As a result, the S15 delivers exceptional stability and performance across various listening scenarios, providing an outstanding and reliable audio experience.

Comprehensive interfaces
The S15 is equipped with a full range of digital and analogue interfaces, including the newly added I2S output, AES input/output, coaxial input/output, HDMI input/output/ARC, RCA line-out, optical input/output, and XLR balanced line-out.

In addition to its comprehensive interfaces that meet various device connectivity needs, the S15 features meticulously selected internal components to ensure the entire audio system delivers an optimal sound performance.

• Coaxial and AES outputs both utilise a digital audio isolation transformer to achieve an isolation performance comparable to that of optical output.

• The XLR port takes the NEUTRIK tulip-shaped design, reliable and durable for stable connections.

• Both RCA output connectors are made of gold-plated copper, and the internal wiring utilises oxygen-free copper to ensure high-fidelity signal transmission with minimal loss.

All-in-one control
The S15 combines with a custom Android 12 build that features a custom portrait display system. The desktop can be freely customised, making the display layout more personalised and control more intuitive and convenient. FIIO engineers have also tailored the FiiO Music app specifically for the horizontal-screen system, providing a smoother experience for music playback and settings. It also supports visual audio effects like VU metres, offering greater functionality and entertainment.

Thanks to the 7.84-inch automative-grade large colour screen and the brand-new FIIO OS, the S15 performs impressive adaptability in multiple use scenarios.
